PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for integrally molding a twist type sirocco fan by injection molding with excellent quietness and a compact size while being capable of increasing an air blowing quantity, and facilitating the ejection of a molded article from a mold without accompanying problems of deformation and residual stress of a blade or the like, and provide a mold used in the method.SOLUTION: Provided are an injection molding method and a mold for molding a twist type sirocco fan in which, in the ejection process of releasing a molded article from a male mold, a movable side mold has an auxiliary ring ejection plate for pushing an end surface of the auxiliary ring and an inner wall ejection plate for ejecting a molded part by widely coming into plane contact with an inner wall of an end surface on the closed side of the molded article, and the molded article is ejected by both ejection plates, which are relatively pushed onto the molded article, and released from the mold while being rotated by using an inclined groove of the male mold for forming a blade part of the molded article as a guide. |
