摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery manufacturing method capable of removing minute short-circuits detected in a secondary battery which are caused by burrs, etc. after initial charge.SOLUTION: The secondary battery manufacturing method comprises at least an initial charge step (STEP-100) of initially charging a secondary battery which has had its assembly completed and an initial self-discharge inspection step (STEP-200) of causing the initially charged secondary battery to discharge by itself to check to see if there are minute short-circuits. The secondary battery manufacturing method further includes a minute short-circuit removal step (STEP-250) of removing minute short-circuits, the step including a re-charge/discharge step (STEP-251) of charging and discharging a secondary battery again when the battery is determined to have minute short-circuits by the initial self-discharge inspection step (STEP-200) and a self-discharge re-inspection step (STEP-252) of checking the re-charged/discharged secondary battery to see if there are minute short-circuits.
