Provided are a flexible printed circuit board and a display device including the same, capable of reducing electrostatic damage. The flexible printed circuit board includes a panel connection region, a signal line region, and an extended ground region. The flexible printed circuit board comprises a base film, a conductive pattern layer which is formed on one side of the base film and includes a plurality of signal lines and a ground pad, and a protection layer which is formed on the conductive pattern layer. The ground pad is located on the extended ground region and exposed without being covered with the protection layer.
