A call transferring association method is disclosed in the present invention, which includes: in the first step, a terminal receives a command inputting by the terminal user, for changing call transferring state for a waiting user; in the second step, the terminal transmits a call transferring function message to the HLR that the waiting user belongs to so as to change the call transferring state; in the third step, the terminal checks information of the other users therein; and in the fourth step, once other users existing, the terminal determines whether transmitting a call transferring function message to the HLRs of the other users so asto change the call transferring state according to call transferring association strategy of the terminal and the call transferring information state of the other users. With the present invention, the following beneficial effect would be realized: without changing the protocol of the network side and setting of the HLR, independence between the call transferring association of different mode users (or different users in the same mode) in dual/multi mode terminal and holding different user call transferring setting could be achieved. |
