A composition of the present invention has excellent skin wrinkling prevention, hair growth promotion, and hair loss prevention effects. Akebia saponin-D derived from clematis which is used as an effective component of the composition of the present invention has excellent skin wrinkling prevention, hair growth promotion, and hair loss prevention effects by the molecular mechanism including the promotion of collagen synthesis and protection of fibroblast. Akebia saponin-D also has an effect of controlling the immunity related reaction of inflammation, and an antioxidative effect removing mitochondria active oxygen. Akebia saponin-D which is used as an effective component of the composition of the present invention has no cytotoxicity and side effects on the skin, and can be safely used for cosmetic, medical, and food compositions. |
