The present invention relates to a porous metal oxide nano-fiber, a method for preparing the same, and an apparatus comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a porous metal oxide nano-fiber in which nano-pores are uniformly formed in a surface or an inside of a metal oxide nano-fiber, a method for preparing the same, and an apparatus comprising the same.
