PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode including a Ni based active material, an acrylic based resin and a carbon based material and having excellent uniformity in thickness.SOLUTION: A positive electrode includes a positive electrode active material, an acrylic based resin and a carbon based material. The positive electrode active material is a transition metal composite oxide including lithium (Li) and nickel (Ni), a part of the acrylic based resin is adsorbed to powder comprising the positive electrode active material and the carbon based material. A ratio C1(=(B1/A1)×100) of a non-adsorption amount B1 of the acrylic based resin relative to the total amount A1 of the positive electrode active material, the acrylic based resin and the carbon based material is within a range from 0.95 mass% or more to 1.29 mass% or less.
