PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifungal external composition, the antifungal external composition acting on a fungus 5 present on the surface of a skin area 10, and further a pharmaceutical component being sufficiently delivered to a skin tissue 20 and also a subcutaneous tissue 40 where the fungus 5 is present, effectively acting directly on the fungus 5, and thereby exhibiting significantly excellent antimicrobial performance.SOLUTION: Provided are: an antifungal external composition at least containing a terbinafine-based antifungal agent exhibiting antifungal efficacy of at least one of terbinafine and terbinafine hydrochloride and salicylic acid having skin penetration-facilitating efficacy exhibiting efficacy facilitating skin penetration of an antifungal agent; and an application method of the antifungal external composition. |
