PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information extraction device and a program that can extract a keyword which is not determined to be important by a user.SOLUTION: An information extraction device comprises: a first extraction part 11 for extracting a comment on a program; a first analysis part 12 for analyzing the comment; a program specification part 13 for specifying the program on the basis of a first analysis result after an analysis by the first analysis part 12; a second extraction part 14 for extracting program information on the specified program from a database 3; a second analysis part 15 for analyzing the program information; a comparison part 16 for comparing the first analysis result with a second analysis result; a determination part 17 for determining whether or not to add information not included in the second analysis result but included in the first analysis result to the program information on the program specified by the program specification part 13, on the basis of a comparison result; and an addition part 18 for, when it is determined to add the information, adding the information to the program information on the program specified by the program specification part 13. |
