PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of making a radiation pattern near a circular shape by light control using a liquid crystal element.SOLUTION: The illuminating device comprises: plural LED light sources 13; an optical part 14 for condensing light from each light source 13 corresponding to the LED light source 13; and a liquid crystal part 15 for controlling a spread angle of the light condensed by the optical part 14. The liquid crystal part 15 is constituted so that a pattern of the light controlled by the liquid crystal part 15 is displaced in a circumferential direction around an optical axis of the light source 13. |
