PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax coating state inspection system that enables easy verification and confirmation of proper coating even after product shipment, provides reliable confirmation and evaluation and does not require random inspection or disassembly of products.SOLUTION: A wax coating state inspection system 10 comprises: a coating device 2 for coating wax on a door 3 of a vehicle 8; an infrared camera 4 for capturing images of the door 3 which is a wax coated part; an infrared camera amplifier 14 for displaying images captured by the infrared camera 4; a sequencer 13 for creating a display screen 30 associating images 36-41 captured by the infrared camera 4 with the identification information of the vehicle 8; a recording personal computer 15 for storing the images 36-41 created by the sequencer 13; and a printer 27 for outputting the display screen 30 stored in the recording personal computer 15 in a predetermined layout. |
