The present invention relates to a battery system having a CID structure and specifically, to a system having a CID (Current interrupt device) structure in a pouch type battery, in which the battery fail safety is drastically improved by safely preventing overcharging of the battery which occupies the most portion in an electric vehicle and a hybrid vehicle. According to the present invention, the battery fail safety is able to be enhanced by attaching tools such as a busbar having a notch in the position where the maximum deformation occurs when a battery is exploded due to the overcharging phenomenon of a pouch type battery and enabling the busbar to be effectively operated even when the break of the busbar does not occur ordinarily due to insufficient swelling and welding failure.
