BLANKING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanking system and method for performing automatic blanking under the consideration of a weld position(seam) which is unstable due to round pipe working or a rectangular pipe or the like.SOLUTION: A blanking system 1 for blanking modeled parts to a pipe includes: recognition means for reading the pipe and the parts, and for recognizing a seam line added to the pipe and a seam line added to the parts; and blanking means for blanking the parts to the pipe. The blanking means matches the position of the seam line added to the parts with the position of the seam line added to the pipe to perform blanking.
