PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently estimate the maintenance period of an image forming apparatus with high accuracy taking into account of the use environment of each of image forming apparatuses 3a to 3f.SOLUTION: A maintenance period management device 2 comprises: an acquisition part 21 configured to acquire, from an image forming apparatus, information indicating the condition of a maintenance target article provided in the image forming apparatus, and information about use environment for each image forming apparatus; an assumed condition specification part 22 configured to assume a temporal change of a condition relating to requirement for maintenance based on the acquired information indicating the condition of the maintenance target article; and an estimation part 23 configured to specify an estimation point J in the temporal change of the condition of each image forming apparatus based on the acquired information indicating the use environment of each image forming apparatus, and configured to estimate a maintenance period for each image forming apparatus at the estimation point and thereafter.
