PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electroconductive film roll unaccompanied by the pressure sticking thereto of a metal layer adjacent to the electroconductive film roll.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an electroconductive film roll 34 comprises the following steps: (a) a step of preparing a first roll 12 provided by coiling a film substrate 13; (b) a step of rewinding the film substrate 13 from the first roll 12 and of depositing a first transparent electroconductive layer 29 on a first plane of the film substrate 13; (c) a step of depositing a first metal layer 30 atop the first transparent electroconductive layer 29; (d) a step of forming a metal oxide film layer 31 on the surface of the first metal layer 30; (e) a step of depositing a second transparent electroconductive layer 32 on a second plane of the film substrate 13; (f) a step of depositing a second metal layer 33 atop the second transparent electroconductive layer 32; (g) a step of coiling, as a roll, the film substrate 13 completing all film deposition steps; and (h) step of continuously executing the steps (a) to (g) within a film deposition apparatus 10.
