PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wort boiling device capable of shortening a time required from an introduction start of wort to a pot body to a heating start of wort.SOLUTION: A wort boiling device which is provided with a pot body 100, and a heater 10 in a structure of storing a plurality of heat-transfer pipes 13 in a shell body 11 and introducing steam into the shell body 11, and in which the heater 10 provided in the pot body 100 heats wort in the pot body 100 is provided with a shell cover driving mechanism 40 which vertically moves a shell cover 16 between a closed position where the shell cover 16 vertically movable along the outer peripheral surface of the shell body 11, and the lower edge end of the shell cover 16 contact a bottom 102 of the pot body 100, and an opened position where the lower edge end of the shell cover 16 is between the lower end part of the shell body 11 and the bottom 102 of the pot body 100; and a wort introducing mechanism 104 which introduces wort from the bottom 102 of the pot body 100 to a space of a gap between the lower end part of the shell body 11 and the bottom 102 of the pot body 100. |
