PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complement measurement quantity when a time series of integrated values has deficiency in order to remove incongruity between measurement quantity during the deficient period and measurement quantity at measurement just after the deficient period.SOLUTION: A measurement quantity monitoring device comprises an acquisition unit 11, a storage unit 13, a calculation unit 14, and a display control unit 15. The acquisition unit 11 acquires integrated values of measurement quantity output from a measurement device 20 at measurement intervals. The storage unit 13 stores the time series of integrated values acquired by the acquisition unit 11. The calculation unit 14 calculates the time series of measurement quantity by using the time series of integrated values stored in the storage unit 13. The display control unit 15 displays the time series of measurement quantity calculated by the calculation unit 14 on a screen of a display device 30. When deficiency is detected in the time series of integrated values stored in the storage unit 13, the calculation unit 14 has a function for calculating measurement quantity during the deficient period and measurement quantity at measurement just after the deficient period by using the integrated values in which deficiency is not detected. |
