PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification and ventilation device that can be easily installed outdoors outside a house, and that can improve dehumidification and ventilation ability.SOLUTION: In a dehumidification and ventilation device installed outside a house, a frame body has a vertically elongated shape with a narrow width. An outside air opening for taking outside air is provided at an intermediate stage on a side face of the frame body, and a downward rainproof grill is provided on the opening. An exhaust opening for exhausting air is provided at a lower stage on a front face of the frame body, and a downward rainproof grill is provided on the exhaust opening. A drainage water outlet is arranged near a lower part of the downward rainproof grill, and an air circulation opening and an air feeding opening communicated with the inside of a house are arranged at the upper stage on the back face of the frame body. A sensible heat exchanger is provided at the intermediate part in the frame body, and a passage through which the outside air passes from the outside air opening and is communicated with the air feeding opening, and a passage through which the circulated air in the house passes from the air circulation opening and is communicated with the exhaust opening are provided to replace the circulated air in the house with the outside air, thereby reducing absolute humidity and relative humidity in the house. |
