PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage heat exchanger capable of inhibiting the increase of internal pressure of a cold storage material container while preventing a cold storage material from flowing out to the exterior.SOLUTION: A cold storage heat exchanger includes a cold storage material container 47 which is joined to a tube 45 having a refrigerant passage and defines a room for storing a cold storage material. In the cold storage heat exchanger, the cold storage material container 47 includes a penetration member 53 which allows a gas to pass therethrough and does not allow the cold storage material in a liquid state to pass. Even if a gas occurs due to decay etc. in the cold storage material container 47 and the internal pressure increases, the structure allows the gas to flow out from the penetration member 53 to the exterior. At that time, the cold storage material in the liquid state does not flow out from the penetration member 53. Thus, the cold storage heat exchanger inhibits the increase of the internal pressure of the cold storage material container 47 while preventing the cold storage material from flowing out to the exterior. |
