PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in fuel economy and gripping properties.SOLUTION: A rubber composition comprises rubber and an inorganic filler and has a co-continuous index (CCI) of 0.93 or higher, the index being represented by the following equation (1): CCI=(1-λ)/(1-V), where λindicates an evaluated value of a parallel degree of insoluble components in toluene in the case that a parallel-series model is applied to the rubber composition as a binary system composed of soluble components in toluene and the insoluble components in toluene; and Vindicates a volume fraction of the insoluble components in toluene with respect to a whole volume of the rubber composition. |
