PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of easily increasing injection quantity even if a fuel with lower energy density of two sorts of fuels is injected when selecting one of two sorts of fuels and suitably injecting the selected fuel.SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve for switchably selecting either one of a first fuel to be supplied and a second fuel whose pressure and energy density are different from those of the first fuel by a switching part 400 and injecting the selected fuel through a main passage 140A includes: a sub passage 140B branched from the main passage 140A and capable of injecting the selected fuel together with the main passage 140A; and a slide valve 140 provided at the sub passage 140B to open the sub passage 140B in accordance with pressure of the fuel with a smaller energy density of the first fuel and the second fuel. |
