PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection mechanism for a casing in which a thin-type electronic apparatus can be connected strongly or disconnected by ruggedness provided on a side face of the casing of the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In the connection mechanism for the casing, a lower half portion of casing side faces 10R and 20L of first and second electronic apparatuses 1 and 2 is divided into three or more regions in a length direction. In each region of the first electronic apparatus 1, a concave portion 11 recessed from the side face 10R and a convex portion 12 protruding from the side face 10R are provided alternately. In each region of the second electronic apparatus 2, a convex portion 22 and a concave portion 21 in the same shape as the concave portion 11 and the convex portion 12 provided in the region of the counter first electronic apparatus 1 are provided. On neighboring surfaces 14 and 24 between the concave portions 11 and 21 and the convex portions 12 and 22 provided in the first and second electronic apparatuses 1 and 2 which are opposed to each other, any one of an arcuate groove 13 and an arcuate projection 23 is provided. While inserting the arcuate projection 23 into the arcuate groove 13, casing side faces 10R and 20L of the first and second electronic apparatuses 1 and 2 are connected strongly. |
