PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication establishment supporting system and an electronic apparatus capable of easily installing a control driver for controlling the electronic apparatus allocated on a network even in a situation without being connected to the network.SOLUTION: A server device 700 is allocated on a network 610 different from a network 600 on which an electronic apparatus 100 is allocated. Communication setting information including information uniquely identifying the electronic apparatus 100 which is inputted in an input unit of an information processing terminal 500 is transmitted to the server device 700 by a transmission unit. A reception unit receives a control driver for controlling the electronic apparatus 100 from the server device 700. In the server device 700, a reception unit receives the communication setting information transmitted from the information processing terminal 500, and a setting information imparting unit imparts the received communication setting information to the control driver. A transmission unit transmits the control driver to the information processing terminal 500.
