PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a control object device to get synchronized without examining a communication delay time in advance.SOLUTION: A terminal communication device is characterized by including a terminal communication control unit 110 which can switch an instant communication control unit 112 which, when a packet is received as one-bit by one-bit serial data, transmits the serial data to another terminal communication device 1 bit by bit sequentially and a normal communication control unit 111 which, when one-bit by one-bit serial data is received, stores the serial data until the serial data becomes the packet length, and then performs processing to the packet, performs processing by the instant communication control unit 112 if the terminal communication device received a clock time adjustment packet including clock time adjustment data giving notice of synchronization timing at the other terminal communication device 1, and performs processing by the normal communication control unit 111 if it received a packet other than the clock time adjustment packet. |
