PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiotherapy apparatus capable of facilitating the accurate confirmation of a leaf setting state of a multi-leaf collimator.SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation device includes: an illumination unit for illuminating a multi-leaf collimator; an imaging unit for imaging the multi-leaf collimator illuminated by the illumination unit; and an image generation collation unit. The image generation collation unit includes: a leaf shape three-dimensional modeling section for receiving the input of multi-leaf collimator setting information to be transmitted from a therapy plan device and modeling the three-dimensional shape of the multi-leaf collimator; a two-dimensional image generation section for generating a two-dimensional conversion image of the multi-leaf collimator including a shade obtained by the illumination of the illumination unit on the basis of a modeled three-dimensional shape of the multi-leaf collimator; and an image collation section for collating the captured image of the multi-leaf collimator captured by the imaging unit with a two-dimensional conversion image generated by the two-dimensional image generation section. |
