PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of accurately determining the deteriorated state of a battery pack.SOLUTION: The control device of a battery pack is constituted of a plurality of batteries, and characterized to determine whether or not the reuse of a battery pack is possible by using the detected release voltage value, internal resistance value and fully charged capacitance value of each battery as an evaluation parameter. It is possible to determine whether or not the reuse of the battery pack is possible on the basis of evaluation conditions in which the evaluation parameter is associated with the number of batteries satisfying the reference conditions of the evaluation parameter. It is possible to perform the ranking of each battery on the basis of the evaluation parameter.
