PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus capable of making it difficult to generate a temperature difference in a workpiece to be heat-treated while being conveyed by a conveyer within a heat treatment furnace at a time of a heat treatment, that is, capable of performing a soaking treatment.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus 100 includes a heat treatment furnace 10. In the heat treatment furnace 10 including at least a ceiling 1, a sidewall 2, and a floor 3, air blowers 20 are provided on the ceiling 1, a conveyer 30 that conveys workpieces W in the heat treatment furnace 10 is provided on the floor 3, and heating machines 40 are provided within the heat treatment furnace 10. On the conveyer 30, trays 50 each constituted by radiation panels are provided in a state of accommodating the respective workpieces W inside. Heat from the heating machines 40 present around each of the trays 50 is transferred to the radiation panels, and radiation heat from the radiation panels is provided to each of the workpieces W. |
