A light device according to an embodiment comprises: a supporting plate containing a recess with the depth predetermined from the upper surface; a light emitting chip placed at the recess on the supporting plate; and a molding device placed at the recess and having a spherical surface upon the light emitting chip, wherein the width of the upper surface of the recess is larger than the width of the lower surface thereof. The molding device is located lower than the upper surface of the supporting plate and includes an edge part contacted with the circumference surface of the recess.
