596104 Disclosed herein are stereoisomers of 7-([1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-6-yl)-4-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and the use thereof in the treatment of neurological and physiological disorders such as a disorder which is created by or is dependent upon decreased availability of norepinephrine, dopamine or serotonin. Methods of making these compounds and crystalline forms SA-I and N-2 are also described.
