The device has a concrete slab (4) drained by plaits of drainage pipes (6) traversed by water to generate a low rise in temperature on a surface. The slab comprises successive layers e.g. rough ground surface (1), hard rock material bed (2), insulating material layer (3), the concrete slab and dark coating (5). The pipes are made of cross-linked polyethylene, where the device is managed by an electronic circuit that detects presence of the sun and ensures collection of calories only if the temperature of water exiting a sensor is greater than temperature of water entering the sensor.
