The solar ultraviolet radiometer for measuring the rotational extreme solar eruptions is intended for operational monitoring of extreme solar radiation in the ultraviolet region, hazardous to human skin and subsequent timely notification. Detector block is shown in Figure 1 and represents a hollow, mechanically attached and rotating from the electric motor (5), cylinder (2) on the inner side, covered with a layer of an optical absorption is mounted detector elements (3) against which is made defragmenting longitudinal slot (4) along the length of the cylinder, the cylinder axis of rotation lies in the plane of the celestial Meridian for given geographical location and is perpendicular to the line determined by the location of the observation and the mean position of the Sun in the upper climax in summer solstice and spring (or autumnal) equinox. Detector elements, in turn, are connected to the microcontroller system for continuous registration of their testimony and submission of alarm when exceeding the measured radiation, as data can be transmitted in specialised centres for environmental, preventive and scientific monitoring of ultraviolet radiation. |
