The actuator has a piston (12) maintained by an internal membrane (11), which defines a front chamber (10A) and a rear chamber (10B). A control rod (20) is longitudinally integral with the piston and the internal membrane, and is moved longitudinally according to the movement of the membrane under the effect of differential pressure in fully opening position. A thrust is arranged between the piston and a basic wall (18) of the rear chamber. An O-shaped elastomeric ring fixed on the basic wall of the rear chamber, where the elastomer is one of fluorinated elastomer or FPM elastomer.
