The device (1) has an electrical motor (10) and a mechanical converter (20) that is utilized for driving a jack transmitting water with pressure in a direction of a hydraulic motor of a clutch. The mechanical converter is arranged to reduce rotation movement of electrical motor and its transformation into thrust on a control piston (50b) of the transmitting jack. The transformation of the rotation movement of the electrical motor into the thrust is performed by displacement of a set of rollers (45).
