The device has two mutual restraint elements such as ferromagnetic type permanent magnets (15, 35) or electromagnets, that are placed respectively on a valve (10) and on a drive support (30) of the valve. The mutual restraint elements are arranged to exert a mutual restraint by magnetic attraction. The permanent magnets are arranged in annular form. The restraint elements are arranged with a metal core that is placed in a central opening of the magnets. A set of projections is set in the central opening. An independent claim is also included for a valve and an electromagnetic actuator assembly.
