The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gastrooncology and can be used for prognosticating the evolution of gastric precancerous states in men.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that is collected 2…4 ml of saliva and is determined the amount of interleukin-6, then into the stomach is introduced a gastric tube and is aspirated the basal gastric secretion in 4 samples, collected continuously, at intervals of 15 minutes, after which is subcutaneously administered a gastric secretion stimulator - pentagastrin 6 mg/kg, and is repeatedly aspirated the basal gastric secretion in 4 samples, collected continuously, at intervals of 15 minutes, is determined the overall gastric secretion, then is carried out the fibrogastroscopy and is drawn a portion of the gastric mucosa adjacent to the affected area, in which by means of radioimmunoassay method is determined the level of testosterone. In the case when the values of hydrochloric acid secretion are less than 4 mmol/hour, the amount of interleukin-6 is more than 47 ng/ml, and the testosterone level in the tissue is less than 21 ng/ml is predicted an unfavorable evolution of the precancerous states. |
