The spring has a strip (20) wound in a set of turns (3). The strip has an internal turn (4) at a first end (24), where the turn is secured to a collet (6). The collet is coaxial to the spring with respect to a fulcrum pin (D). The strip has an external turn (5) at a second end (25), where the external turn is secured to a fixing element (7). One of the turns of the strip carries or comprises a finger (8), where the finger is securely mounted to the turn. The finger comprises a follower (81) according to a direction parallel to the pin.
