<p>597613 Disclosed herein is a 5-HT3 receptor modulator compound of formula I, wherein the variables are defined in the specification; a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound; the use of said compound in the treatment of various disorders, such as chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, post-operative nausea and vomiting, and irritable bowel syndrome; and a process for preparing said compound.
