The invention relates to the hydraulic mechanical engineering, namely to glandless motor pumps for pumping liquids.The glandless vane motor pump comprises a pump section (1) with an impeller (2) with blades and a sealed electric motor (6), between which is placed a heat-insulating partition wall (4) with a face seal (5). The electric motor (6) is provided with an autonomous cooling system, consisting of a cooling jacket (9) with cooling liquid inlet and outlet pipelines, mounted on the housing of the electric motor (6). In the cooling jacket (9) is placed a coil (10), each end of which is connected to an outer tube (11), in which is made a hole, each closed with a plug (13). One of the tubes (11) is connected to a channel, made in the bearing shield (15) on the opposite side of the pump section (1), communicating with the chamber of an auxiliary wheel (17) for recirculation of the cooling liquid, fixed on the shaft of the electric motor (6). The other tube (11) is connected to a channel, made in the bearing shield (15) on the side of the pump section (1), communicating with a channel, made in the partition wall (4). The chamber of the auxiliary wheel (17) and the channel of the partition wall (4) communicate with the cavity of the electric motor (6). |
