594370 Disclosed is a tetrahydrofuran substituted fused pyrimidine heterocycle of formula (I) where the substituents are as disclosed in the specification. Preferably the fused ring is thieno[3,4-d]pyrimidine. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical combinations comprising a compound of formula (I), the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament and a method of treating a non-human mammal by administering a compound of formula (I). The medicament is useful in the treatment of a viral infection caused by a Flaviviridae virus. Preferably the virus is selected from the group consisting of dengue virus, yellow fever virus, West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, tick-borne encephalitis virus, Kunjin virus, Murray Valley encephalitis virus, St. Louis encephalitis virus, Omsk hemorrhagic fever virus, bovine viral diarrhoea virus, Zika virus and Hepatitis C virus. |
