<p>Provided are a shift register unit and a drive method therefor, a gate drive device and a display device. The shift register unit comprises an RS trigger, a pull-up thin-film transistor and a pull-down thin-film transistor, wherein the set end of the RS trigger is connected to the input, the reset end thereof is connected to a reset signal input, the positive phase output thereof is connected to a pull-up node, and the inverse phase output thereof is connected to a pull-down node; the gate electrode of the pull-up thin-film transistor is connected to the pull-up node, the drain electrode thereof is connected to the clock signal input, and the source electrode thereof is connected to the clock signal output; and the gate electrode of the pull-down thin-film transistor is connected to the pull-down node, the drain electrode thereof is connected to the output, and the source electrode thereof is connected to the low-level output.</p> |
