The oscillator circuit has a first p-type metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) transistor (100) whose gate terminal is connected to the drain of second PMOS transistor (200), and the gate terminal of second PMOS transistor is connected to the drain terminal of first PMOS transistor. The source terminal of third PMOS transistor (300) is connected with the source terminal of the second PMOS transistor and is connected to drain terminal through the third resistor (310) connected to ground terminal. A connection (400) is connected to the source terminal of first PMOS transistor.
