FULLY-SEALED CORROSION-RESISTANT INTEGRALLY WELDED LITHIUM ION BATTERY

A fully-sealed corrosion-resistant integrally welded lithium ion battery comprises: a cell; a fully-sealed cover plate (1), provided at the top of the cell and connected to the cell; a fully-sealed lining (2), having a top exposure, the cell being sleeved into the fully-sealed lining (2) through the top exposure, that is, the fully-sealed lining (2) fully wrapping the whole cell; a casing (9), having a top opening, the cell wrapped with the fully-sealed lining (2) being sleeved into the casing (9) through the top opening, and the casing (9) being connected to the fully-sealed cover plate by welding. The battery is fully sealed inside, so that an electrolyte cannot contact the casing or the cover plate during injection, which increases insulation resistance of the casing, thereby improving safety of the battery.
