PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra fine endoscope and an endoscope system, capable of easily changing the course to a desired direction.SOLUTION: An insertion part 7 of an endoscope has a tip hard part 19 and a flexible tube 20. An observation optical system 22 and an image guide 24 are stored in the tip hard part 19. The flexible tube 20 is provided with sliding projection parts 40a, 40b, and fixed to the tip hard part 19 in the state of being liable to bend. A guide sheath 4 in which the insertion part 7 is stored is provided with cam grooves 52a, 52b formed on the inner peripheral surface. The insertion part 7 is rotated around an axis by sliding between the sliding projection parts 40a, 40b and the cam grooves 52a, 52b to change the bending direction of the insertion part 7. |
