A reflection-type naked-eye 3D display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The reflection-type naked-eye 3D display device comprises a liquid crystal display panel (2). The reflection-type naked-eye 3D display device also comprises a polaroid structure (1) arranged on the liquid crystal display panel (2), wherein the polaroid structure (1) can be used for regionally transmitting linearly polarized light in different polarization states; and a reflection layer structure (3) arranged beneath the liquid crystal display panel (2), wherein the reflection layer structure (3) can be used for regionally reflecting or transmitting linearly polarized light in a preset direction. The reflection-type naked-eye 3D display device can achieve naked-eye 3D display on a reflection-type liquid crystal display panel.
