<p>The present invention relates to an environment-friendly and halogen-free thermoplastic elastomer TPS magnetic door seal, comprising a thermoplastic elastomer TPS door sealing glue sheath, the thermoplastic elastomer TPS door sealing glue sheath being provided with a magnetic strip passing therethrough;the thermoplastic elastomer TPS door sealing glue sheath has raw materials consisting of the following components by weight percentage: SEBS: 25-35 parts, POE: 15-20 parts, PP: 10-15 parts; naphthenic oil: 28-45 parts, talc powder: 20-25 parts, antiager: 0.5-0.7 part, organosilicon: 1-2 parts, a lubricant: 0.5 part, a nucleating agent: 1 part, a pigment: an appropriate amount. The present invention can be adapted to all refrigerators and freezers and meet the requirements for environmental protection, has excellent low-temperature resistance, ageing-resistance, resilience, and mechanical performance, and can fully overcome the shortcomings of flexible PVC magnetic door seals.</p> |
