Provided is a universal access terminal (10), comprising: an access unit (101), a user identifier unit (102) communicatively connected to the access unit (101), and a service unit (103); wherein the user identifier unit (102) is used for storing a universal identifier for each user; the access unit (101) is used for generating a plurality of log-in requests according to a user instruction and the universal identifier for the user stored in the user identifier unit (102), any one of the plurality of log-in requests containing information about the universal identifier for the user and information about a target network or a target service system, acquiring information about an authenticated and authorized session and a log-in token, the process for authentication and authorization being completed according to a dedicated identifier for the target network or the target service system, which is stored on the network side and corresponds to the universal identifier for the user; and the service unit (103) is used for conducting a subsequent capability negotiation and/or service operation according to the information about the authenticated and authorized session and the log-in token acquired by the access unit (101). |
