PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance production efficiency of a flat metal alloy.SOLUTION: An amorphous alloy powder having a median diameter of 60-80 μm and a specific surface area of 0.8-1.8 m/g is subjected to flat processing for about 12-14 hours by relatively low speed driving. Subsequently, it is subjected to flat processing for about 14-18 hours by relatively high speed driving. The amorphous alloy powder thus flattened is subjected to drying, under a nitrogen gas atmosphere or an inert gas atmosphere, for 30 minutes to 2 hours under temperature conditions of 260°C-340°C. |
