RE-EMULSIFIABLE SYNTHETIC RESIN POWDER FOR POLYMER CEMENT AND POLYMER CEMENT MORTAR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement which has excellent blocking resistance of a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder and excellent strength, ductility, and fluidity after cement mixing, in a good balance, and polymer cement mortar formed using the re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition.SOLUTION: A re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement contains a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A) and inorganic fine particles (B) having a silicon content of 5-50 wt%. The re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A) comprises a synthetic resin having a glass transition temperature of less than -20°C, and the total content of the inorganic fine particles (B) is 7-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A). Polymer cement mortar is formed by using the re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement.
