PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water washing toilet seat device capable of simply carrying out draining of a warm water tank without the need for draining work directly carried out by a user.SOLUTION: A warm water washing toilet seat device 10 has a drainage piping 50 and a drainage piping opening/closing part 51 equipped with an electromagnetic valve 52 for opening/closing a water channel, and the constitution of the electromagnetic valve 52 is made to be normally opened. Accordingly, in the warm water washing toilet seat device 10, the electromagnetic valve 52 is in a closed state in a daily use state, and water remained in a warm water tank 24 is not discharged through a drainage piping 53. However, since the electromagnetic valve 52 is brought into open state when a power source is turned off, the water remained in the warm water tank 24 is discharged through the drainage piping 53. |
