PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape adjustment device and a shape adjustment method which can efficiently adjust a shape with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A shape adjustment device which adjusts the shape of a workpiece W while moving the workpiece W includes pressurizing means 32, 33 which pressurizes the workpiece W in a direction intersecting the movement direction thereof. The pressurizing means 32, 33 includes: a first roller 41 which abuts against the workpiece W from one side; a second roller 42 which is arranged at a position shifted from the first roller 41 in the movement direction and abuts against the workpiece W from the opposite side; and a pressurizing tool 43 which relatively pressurizes the first roller 41 and the second roller 42 in the direction intersecting the movement direction.
